Established in 1995 by Brian Phinney, a 25 year experience and licenced plumber. Brian has been a president of PHCC(Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors) at both the regional level and for the state in recent years. He has won us "Contractor of the Year in 2012" and "CODE Association President 2013" award.
